I live in Matlock which is on the edge of the beautiful Peak District in the centre of the United Kingdom. It’s an excellent base from which to pursue my main photographic interest which is landscape photography. I taught photography for a number of years but since retiring, I have much more time to make images for myself and to travel to areas which might provide interesting photographic opportunities. I’m also happy to delve into other genres such as portraiture or infrared and to explore new areas if they take my fancy.
